Please make sure your files include the following information. . .

• General Overview (pdf)
• Have your job folder set up correctly. Correct file set up. (pdf)
• Include bleed 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch. What is bleed? (pdf)
• Make sure spot colors are defined by Pantone (PMS) colors in all applications.
• Check your process colors. They need to be the same percentages of Cyan, Magenta,
Yellow and Black in all applications. Colors set up. (pdf)
• Supply all screen and printer fonts used in all page layout applications, or create outlines.

• Call in advance for panel sizes (for folded printed pieces).
• Include all EPS and TIFF original files, as well as the linked and embedded images.

• Have all of your files proofread before submitting.
